PixelBurn and its maintainers make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, precision, or suitability of generated files for any particular physical printing, digital tabletop system, or commercial production. Users assume full responsibility for verifying dimensions, aspect ratios, and color palettes prior to print production.

2. Public Session Access via Shareable Links

PixelBurn generates URL-based session identifiers (/s/pxb-...). Session data, uploaded images, batch metrics, and converted assets are publicly accessible to anyone who possesses or is provided with the session link. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or private imagery if you do not want it to be accessible via the shared link.

3. 10-Minute Expiration & Zero Third-Party Transmission

Ephemeral Storage: All session data, uploaded images, converted WebP files, and ZIP archives strictly expire and are permanently destroyed and removed from the server filesystem within ten (10) minutes of image generation (or immediately upon clicking "Delete Now").

Strict Privacy: No user data, uploaded images, or converted assets are ever transmitted to any third party, shared with advertisers, stored in persistent external databases, or used in any manner whatsoever other than to process and deliver the converted product to the user.

4. Agentic Development & AI Disclaimer

Agentic Development: This application was developed agentically with autonomous AI coding agents assisting in its design and implementation.

No AI or LLM Usage in Operation: PixelBurn does not use, invoke, or integrate any autonomous agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or any type of artificial intelligence in its operation or image processing pipeline. All image conversions, dimension adjustments, color quantization, and asset formatting are performed entirely through deterministic algorithms and local server computation.
